The Student Activities Program plans and coordinates quality conferences, competitions and programs for all students in the eighteen counties of southwest and west central Minnesota. They also collaborate with other agencies to offer additional activities. Target Audience includes Regular Ed, Students With Special Needs, Gifted & Talented, Home School, etc. Below are general items of information:

CONFERENCES
The student conferences provide opportunities for students to interact with professional artists, authors, and teachers as well as others who pursue various interests. By participating in conferences, students are motivated to expand their interests and explore their creativity through many different hands on activities.

COMPETITIONS
The various competitions challenge students to become academically involved, either individually or as part of a team.

PROGRAMS
This category includes the Children's Author and Illustrator Program.

COLLABORATIVE ACTIVITIES
Several additional activities are offered through collaborative efforts with other agencies.
